Just for the humor of it....

When I started making dietary changes, my daughter was

6 and my son was 8. Both 'put up with me' (because

they had no choice) until they were teenagers and then

made it clear that 'if it was healthy, they didn't

want it'! Now my daughter is 26 and pregnant with her

first child. Boy is she diet concious! She is eating

mostly raw and a lot of fruit and fish. She has had a

very easy pregnancy. Who would have thought she would

follow in my footsteps! Then there is my son...the

former teenage junk food addict. he is now a second

degree black belt that won't touch anything that is

not healthy ...although he still eats cooked.

It was a wonderful surprise to see my children come

full circle. If they have come this far so

young...maybe they can outdo my experiences! Don't

give up on children...let them learn from what they

see happening in your life.
