Guest guest
Please forgive me if I offend anyone by this comment. It is NOT a good idea to precipitate cleanses while pregnant or nursing UNLESS you are also focusing on keeping the eliminative channels open. If you release toxins that cannot be removed via an eliminative channel, you run the risk of exposing the fetus to these toxins through the umbilical cord or the nursing baby through the milk. This doesn't mean you can't eat healthy, you simply have to maintain a delicate balance between cleansing and eliminating. Even the healthiest diet can kill if it stimulates the release of stored poisons that the body cannot eliminate fast enough. mary --- juiceplus.denisejanzen wrote: > > I do some raw foods that taste like cooked food, I > did that at first for both my husband and myself. > My hubby is not a raw foodist so needs these types > of foods to stay happy with the menu.
