I think it would be cool to submit recipes here that involve 5 or fewer

ingredients, not including salt and pepper..

Here's a two ingredient recipe from Nomi Shannon

Blend:

1/2 Papaya

1 banana

That's good as pudding or as a dressing for a fruit salad.

(You can also add some lime or lemon for added tang.)

Okay, y'all, I want to know your under-5 ingredient recipes!

Here's a one-ingredient recipe:

Banana Fingers

Stick your finger in the top of a banana! notice that it will start to

split into thirds. Make 3 long banana thirds, and throw in the dehydrator

for a while (an hour or two or three). This are like kind of like toasted

Marshmallows. A terrific treat.

You can also roll these in coconut flakes when you're done, for a nice

treat.

Best Regards,

very basic " recipies " , not 20 ingredient things. There's no way I'll do this if

I have to eat plain fruit and salads or if I have to spend an hour creating.

Please help-I'm not doing very well at this raw thing even though I know I

should be, Danika

That's a good idea Margie. As my cravings decrease, so does my

interest in complicated recipes. Thus, I like to keep things as

simple as possible. I found a few simple recipes on the living foods

website. Hope that helps. :) Lili
