Guest guest Posted April 29, 2004 Report Share Posted April 29, 2004 Hi, it's Mary Ellen. This is day number 6 of my healing crisis and my abominable headache is finally gone. It was a doozy. My nose is still stuffy but not as bad and I am feeling better and actually have some energy. I rested alot the past few days. I had two naps today, in fact, but I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm not dead. I survived! Yea! I realize that I will have more healing crisis's before my body is totally healed, but I'm glad I am over this particular hurdle. Thanks for all the support and encouragement. It meant alot.
