Guest guest
I lift weights 3Xs a week, and not heavy weights at that. I'm 67 so am more interested in maintaining bone and muscle mass because as the older one gets, we tend to exchange muscle for fat. And too because going raw does get rid of all the unnecessary fat, we can be pretty undermuscled under all that fat. Vegigran

Guest guest
A few weight training programs say you should have protein right after workouts. What's wrong with just having fruit after a morning workout?rawfood , bandbcollection <no_reply> wrote: > Yes, but did you see his pregnant wife on that site? She looks > amazing - I'm so JEALOUS! Guest guest
To get information on Storm Talifero, go to www.thegardendiet.com. He, his wife, and 3 children have a complete raw foods lifestyle. Derrick <vegiebowl wrote:Hey Dominic that link doesn't exist. Go to rawinspiration.com ...i think and check him out. I've also seen another raw 35 yo that looked amazingly spectacular...somewhere in Texas, but I lost his contact info. Arlin on the other hand...is fat in his book. But saw him recently and he actually looks better now :0) > > kisses to all in group. > > Torey Maxwell <beehiveproductions> wrote: > Light weight training may be doable on a raw food diet, but with the > exception of Stephen Arlin(who lacks definition) I have not read of > other BB who are raw foodists.
