Guest guest
I'm not really a recipe person - if I have to spend time to make something it usually doesn't get made and the food will go bad in my fridge. My question is - if you had to choose a minimal amount of fruits/veggies to buy for meals for a week or two for eating like this - what ones would you buy. I find the more variety I have in my fridge, the more often the food goes bad. I want to avoid the waste yet stick to raw foods a little better. At the same time I don't want to be lacking something by not eating a variety of things. Would it be okay to switch up the kinds of fruits/veggies every two weeks or so to keep variety in the diet? Also, is coconut something that when you eat it fresh it's not real sweet? Thanks, Mel
