Guest guest
Building muscle is a good way to gain weight, and exercise will do this. Just start gently, perhaps taking daily walks and getting a good pair of 5 lb. dumbbells. I use the " 8 minutes in the morning " routine, which works well for me. You might also maybe read the book " Raw Power " By S. Arlin, about bodybuilding and a raw diet, some good tips in there. Be gentle with yourself, take it slow and steady like the tortoise. Also it is not necessarily eating more in quantity, but the types of food, perhaps tweeking the " ratios " of your foods, leaning more heavily on soaked/sprouted nuts and seeds and fat, and less of the leafy greens and fruit. Just a thought.
Guest guest
While there is good reason to start exercise programs gradually, I have read and heard information that suggests it is the short bursts of strenuous exercise that builds muscle the best. Also, many suggest focussing on the greens and avoiding concentrated fats and proteins for building muscle and having ideal health. Not having all those large fat cells in the blood stream allow more room for oxygen and other nutrients to get to the body's tissues. All the fruits and greens we eat contain fats, so we will still be getting fats in our diet.
