I personally utilize yoga and meditation seven days a week, a split weight training program for upper and lower body on alternate days six days a week, and 20-30 minutes of interval cardio six days a week. One day a week I rest completely with the exception of light walking or yoga. My goal is to eventually fast one day per week, or at least one week out of a month...however, my body will let me know how to go about that. The above gives me a feeling of total balance and leaves me feeling rejuvenated. What type of exercise or training program does everyone else follow if any?
