Guest guest
Put simply, there are three kinds of exercise which are needed to keep fit. 1. An hour a day of steady burn as comes from brisk walking 2. Twice a week a challenge on all muscles as might be achieved in a gymnasium in a 75 minute session. 3. Some brief muscle stress every hour or so for just about a minute. Flexing muscles or lifting or walking up stairs will do for this. That with raw food and the results should be shattering. Scale weight is not as important as muscle to fat ratios. Often those who appear too small are simply lacking muscle. The only way to increase muscle mass is through exercise...preferably weight training, though there are other exercise choices which will increase muscle mass. Contrary to what many believe....weight training does not cause women to bulk and appear masculine, it does just the opposite. It's possible to change your entire body shape and size while weight training without the scale ever budging. Lili
Guest guest
What's great about fitness is that there are so many different ways to do it. I agree that there are basic exercises we all need, and although our fitness regimes may differ, if we combine those core exercises with a raw vegan lifestyle we can't go wrong. Lili p.s. Rest is also extremely important regardless of the training program we follow.
