I have the how to in two books that I own (both by Gabriel Cousens) but my questions is how do you get in the habit of doing it? Also, do you have to have a dehydrator or can you make enough variety of raw foods without one? (it will be a little while before I can afford one; just got the Kempo juicer that I adore!) One more quick question concerning raw food and eyesight. Has anyone had their eyesight approve considerably with a raw food diet (80%-100%)? I have decided to stop wearing my glasses (my eyes are not that bad) and encourage eye health through herbs, exercises and raw foods.
