Guest guest
My 2 cents: I have been on a good raw diet (fresh, green, organic, etc.) for some time. Yes, my periods are NO PROBLEM! When I eat junky, guess what! Cramps, clots, etc. Hard to imagine that maybe the adverse conditions we're so sure are normal might lighten/clear up on a natural raw diet? - menstruation, body odor, acne, insomnia, joint pain, and worse. Best of luck to everyone, Kathy
Guest guest
Hello Kathy, That's great you have been on a good raw diet. Yes I too had problems with acne, but now it's much better. For acne, try juicing spinach, kale (green leafy vegetables) with a green star juicer and in a month it should all clear up. Of course eating raw and drinking fresh organic spinach and kale juice that you juice yourself will help a lot. I've noticed too that juicing my own spinach for spinach juice helps give me a boost of energy when I need it before heading out to dance class every week. Also, colon cleaning does help too with acne, mentrual cramps, depression, insomnia. I have colon cleaned many times and am sticking to raw food diet. Best Wishes for great health, Katie
