However, since I'm not sure whether or not your question was for fun, I'm changing my reply. If you've lost a great deal of fat in the butt area, it may be from lack of padding. You might try some exercises to increase the muscles in the butt area. Squats are a great exercise to shape, firm, and pad the butt naturally.
