Buckwheat sprouted -Now what for dehydrated cereal ?

Hi , My buckwheat is sprouted , but the hard black outside hull is

still on it , to make the buckwheat cereal( which meas to

dehydrate it ) do I use it with the shell on , or try to remove the

black hull and if so how ? I see a small white tail sticking out of

the black seed .
