RE: Flax seed

Hi Sandy,

When you say that the nuts and seeds should be sprouted, do you mean soaked

for a few hours or soaked and rinsed until you see the sprouts of the seeds

(especially flax seeds). Seems like a silly question, but I just want to

make sure.

Thanks,

Ariana

Christina here ~~~

Flax will become gelatinous very quickly once in water. I don't think it

will sprout. As for other nuts n seeds ~~~ I've kept almonds in water in

the fridge for several days. Eventually a little sprout appears, but

that's not really the point with almonds. Soaking activates the enzymes.

Sunflower n pumpkin seeds will sprout. And you can choose to just soak a

few hours and then use them. It all depends on what you want to do with them.

I've not tried to sprout sesame seeds.

Bright Blessings,

Christina,

I have a brand of flax seeds that will sprout with the care of a dedicated

Gardiner!. That tells me they are organic. With gentle dowsing this can be

achieved even by those descended from Adam.

Most other nuts or seeds that we find will not pass this test and the simple

truth is that the nut industry is taking the consumer for a bad ride when

they sell the dehydrated junk food they do.
