I can't comment on pregnancy, but I know that prior to changing my lifestyle my hormones were completely screwed up...due to stress and poor diet I'm sure. My periods were irregular and at one point I flowed for weeks nonstop. Now my period lasts for 3 days maximum and the flow is very light, cramp free, and hardly any odor (sorry guys..lol). Other inbalanced hormones are now normal as well. Lili

As long as I was raw, I barely felt pregnant. When I went off raw for a time, I got morning sickness, tiredness and weakness, hormonal crabbiness and it was super hard to get back raw because I was extremely sensitive to detox. If I had known I would have never left my raw diet. I am back now and extremely greatful to be 100% raw now. I am feeling so much better and have tons of energy back. I am sleeping very well unlike my first pregnancy. I can't wait to see how wonderful the birth will be! Sandy
