Guest guest
Hi All--First of all, to Mary Ellen...I had a neighbor many years ago that had been a strong cigarette smoker and contracted a terrible case of lung cancer. He healed his body with a variety of things, many of which have been mentioned on this list so far. I encourage you on your journey. Others have been successful and you will too. =0) Here is a great big cyberhug. ((((((((((Mary Ellen)))))))))) On the subject of sprouted coconuts...When I move in several years (from Maine, USA) I would like to live someplace where I can grow my own food, here in the continental US. It would be great if I could grow coconuts! What do you all recommend for places to live? Eating dirt...When I buy my organic spinach I don't wash the leaves much, just enough to make sure there are no small stones that might break teeth. I eat the dirt on purpose. I also just wipe the carrots out of my garden off and eat them, dirt and all. Well, unless they are really really muddy! I think dirt is good for you. And sprouting...I use mason jars and these neat-o lids my mom gave me years ago. Also here is a link to a webpage all about doing sprouts: http://www.living-foods.com/articles/sprouting.html And one more link, to an article about making muesli and its benefits, etc. which looks very good. http://chetday.com/muesli.html Love to all.
