Guest guest
Hi Pearl, I'm new to this lifestyle, and although I've learned a great deal about enzymes, raw foods, and other important points, the greatest lesson I've learned is how to listen to my body. Each one of us has an intuitive natural voice which guides us in all areas of our lives. That guide applies to nutrition and food as well. Each one of us is different, and what may work for others may not work for you. It is impossible to tell everyone in black and white terms what they should and should not do. We're not robots, and I would utilize the suggestions by others as a guide but not rules. We're living beings always evolving and changing. What foods work for you this year, may serve little purpose for you next year. As long as you're following basic guidelines in regards to eliminating processed foods, embracing live foods, drinking plenty of fresh water, exercising, ect, your body will guide you. In short, juicing is not NECESSARY, whether you utilizing juicing occasionally is strictly up to you. Happy Living. Lilirawfood , " pearls2525 " <pearls25@m...> wrote: > Hi, I'm new.
