Has anyone made this and is willing to share the recipe ? I will use stevia and nut milk in the finished product once its in the bowl Ztarf. Guest guest Posted April 4, 2004 Report Share Posted April 4, 2004 You can make " buckwheaties " by soaking and sprouting the buckwheat and then dehydrating it until it is fully dried (otherwise it will mold).
