Guest guest Posted April 2, 2004 Report Share Posted April 2, 2004 I just wanted to let everyone know that I found an absolutely amazing restaurant in NYC. It's on 6th street between 1st Ave & Ave A. Here's the link to their site: http:// www.caravanofdreams.net/ They serve cooked vegan foods, kosher, organic, and raw. The raw selection is much larger then I had expected and the taste was incredible. I just thought I'd share my experience with you guys since it was so incredible. I also heard that someone is opening an upscale raw restaurant in NYC and looking for a General Manager. The job post is on craigslist.org.
