Guest guest
Hi, I was looking at links for Marcia Acciardo's book " Light Eating for Survival. " I have found an Essene book site that sells it new for under $15.00 including shipping. I really think her cookbook is worth the money. The recipes are simple, easy to follow and made with common ingredients. She does follow the Ann Wigmore tradition so if you have issues with that you will not want this book.(when you follow the link scroll down the page to find Marcia's book.) http://members.aol.com/esseneinfo/essenecatalog.html BTW, I also just located my copy of Sproutman's Kitchen Garden cookbook. I haven't seen it in years. (My humble abode is more like a warehouse.) There are cooked dishes for the transitional phase and he is a sprout advocate...I realize that some folks don't " cotton " to sprouts but I for one enjoy them. This cook book isn't 100% raw BUT it is practical and a great starting place...there are also ideas for those who want to only be high raw and not 100%. I had forgotten just how good this book was.
