Sheryl, My heart goes out to you as I know too well the sadness with your

precious baby. I had a full term baby that died and it took quite some time to

be ok with it. Like we have a choice! As for your C-section..I had 2 before

having a natural birth, actually my 3rd was born at home as were baby 4 and

5....so unless there was something else involved you should be able to go on

have your family normally. And there is no doubt that the healthy diet will

make both your pregnancies and births easier. I am newly on this path to raw

so I can't speak for a raw life, but when we are healthy the body functions the
