It needed some sweet ans some spice to offset it. I will try the lemon/garlic recipe. maybe that will help. Also, the orange recipe sounds good. The simple recipe for improving the effect of dressings is to get better ingredients which do not need any dressing in the first place! We know that the food value of salad goes down by the hour after it is harvested. An antidote is to pour on some mixture concocted by David Wolfe or Escoffier but the ultimate raw foodist solution is to nose into utterly fresh ingredients. Fresh is king in the raw food world.
