Guest guest
Barbara! Thanks for the welcome. Yes, I did that and that and that as well. I think that the worst part of trying to stay on the raw food diet is the horrid cravings for cooked food. I am trying to stay strong. Of course it doesn't help living with these people who eat right in front of me saying " Mmmmm... " with every bite. I feel I have used great restraint in not slapping my family members. I like to think that I am setting the example for my posterity and someday they will say good things about me instead of the laughter. Peace, ~*~Mary Ellen~*~ - Barbara Jose rawfood Thursday, March 25, 2004 1:11 PM [Raw Food] For MaryEllen Hi Mary Ellen, Nice to meet you. Your post made me laugh. That's an extreme case! But no matter...the body heals itself. I smoked, I drank, I did drugs, I probably didn't eat raw food for years and years. But I'm here to tell the tale! Hugs, Barbara
Guest guest
I was a garbage can for years. Isn't it shocking what crap our bodies will put up with ? Booze, Drugs, Cigeretts, Meds, Anti-biotics, sugar, coffee, flour, meat, cooked food !!!!!!!!!! And I was surprised that I feel 100% better when I went raw ? Finance Tax Center - File online.
