Guest guest
Hi group I am trying to change my family's eating habits. We have always been sort of naturalistic with some things, but our food has not been one of them. I have recently had some very severe health problems due to a stomach infection (of unknown cause) and lost my baby. I had an emergency c-section because my blood was infected. He weighed 12 oz and lived only for 2 days. This incident, though probably not at all related to the food we eat has prompted a desire to be more healthy in this regard. We are very pro homebirth and large families, though our family's size may be limited due to the c-section performed. We are hoping for more babies, and want to give my body the best chance it has to do what it needs to do to heal. Have of any of you started this with children? My husband is all for it, but my kids have unfortunately been raised on cooked food. They are 10, 8,6, and 4 (all boys). Blessings, Sheryl
