Hippocrates stopped using fermented foods except a

saurkraut because alot of people were complaining and getting

sick , so I too stay away from them ,.Apparantly, there was some

bad bacteria . They also dont advocate eating coconut regularly

saying saturated fat is saturated fat and that all thai coconuts ,

the baby ones have to be dipped in vats of chemicals before they

come into this country .. An occasional coconut milkshake is o.k.

The best , most aromatic organic coconut oil / butterI have ever

found is from a place called , Tropical Traditions . You can find

them on the internet .

In terms of quick energy , I have the following suggestions .

1. A teaspoon of almond butter on a spoon seems easier to

digest then a hand full of even soaked dehydrated nuts maybe

because of the consistancy .2. Exercise , well that speaks for

itself . 3. Wheat grass juice is a great energy booster for a

fireman who may be up all night , but otherwise for the rest of us

I dont reccomend drinking it before bed because it can keep you

up .4.Sprouts like sunflower and buckwheat because they have

alot of protein are light and full of energy 5. Green drinks such

as the Synergy or Dr. Shultz green powdered drinks , they have

lots of great things that satisfy and keep one awake . They also

travel well .I plan to bring them on a camping trip with Smart

Water and almond butter .
