Tone,

Um...regarding Dr. Mercola...I take what he says with a huge grain of

salt...someone recently posted several links to his articles on another

list I am on where he pans vegan and raw diets. I personally think of a

flock of ducks when his name comes up...but then most of you know that I

am VERY opinionated.

If you should have the slightest bit of concern about the use of

distilled water put a couple of grains of brown rice in the water

overnight. It is supposed to add minerals and the question of distilled

water demineralizing the body will be addressed quite simply. Now, I

realize that this comment and my humble opinion about the " venerable "

Dr. Mercola will probably incite some heated responses. However, please

listen as I state that these are my opinions and things that I would do.

I am not stating this as fact but rather my personal input and

practices.

Disclaimers all around!!!

Hi Ardee-Ann,

Thankyou so much for your thoughts and response. I myself question alot

about Dr. Mercola since he seems to promote certain things and then promote

things the total opposite. I appreciate all thoughts from this group as I am so

new and have lots to learn and love learning as well. If you all say that

distilled water is good then that is good enough for me. Is there any particular

kind that is just for drinking or is it all the same? Peter also mentioned

Evian.

Thanks so much for sharing this. I truly appreciate it.

Be well and have a wonderful night

Hugs,

Tone
