Guest guest
I'd like to add my 2cents by recomending Kale (especially dino kale), Collards and chard. No one talks about these, but they are the best greens available. I think I could live on Dino kale alone. It's packed with minerals. Every day I typically eat a huge salade made out of organic baby greens or herb mix, and drink about 1/2 liter of kale juice straight. I think that takes care of my green needs. Yum Yum. Have a nice weekend all. Ruyfus --- Toni McCauley <tone102 wrote: > Hello Peter and everyone, > > Hope you are all well and having a wonderful > Friday. Guest guest
Hi Ruyfus, Hmmm..dino kale? Can't say that I am familiar with it. Not even sure if I have ever had kale, then again lots of things I have never had. I always thought that it was not good to have the same food over and over again as your body becomes " allergic " to it. Any truth to that? I do know that with certain medications, one can become immune and actually have an adverse reaction to it if it is taken too much ( speaking as in my son's case when he was little on a very long course of ceclor). Anyway, I do need to find a market somewhere and go veggie hunting. It would be so much easier if my son ate good stuff but he doesn't.. I'll have to try that kale juice Thankyou!
