Raw Food The Complete Book of Raw Food: Healthy, Delicious Vegetarian Cuisine Made With Living Foods--Includes Over 350 Recipes from the World's Top Raw Food Chefs by Julie Rodwell (Editor), Victoria Boutenko (Editor), Elysa Markowitz 2. Raw by Charlie Trotter, Roxanne Klein, Tim Turner (Photographer), Jason Smith Sorry if someone already mentioned these two recipe books but I was just in my local Barnes & Noble and the " Raw " book caught my eye on the way out the door. It is a beautiful book with great pictures of all the raw food meals. I think some of them were complicated so perhaps this book is good for special meals. The other book, " Raw Food " , I spotted on Amazon and it looks like a winner. I do think members have mentioned it as " Boutenko's book " . Check them out. Does anyone have either of these recipe books? -Orionsdad
Guest guest
I am new on this list, but just want to mention that the new raw gourmet book by Roxanne Klein/Charlie Trotter is beautiful and fun to read, but the recipes are VERY complicated and absolutely NOT for everyday use. Personally, I was not that thrilled with this book--waaaay too gourmet! The other book (ed. Julie Rodwell) is GREAT with lots of easy everyday recipes. Boutenkos also have very " practical " food. Just my opinion! blessings, Chai
