greens (organic even!). "

Hi Nikki, have you by any chance had your gal bladder removed? I have (big

mistake) and since then (even thought the Dr. told me this was not true) can

not eat oil, or too many oily nuts etc. If I do I had better be close to a

bathroom! I am curious to see if your condition stops if you just eat the

lettuce alone, w/out the flax oil. So many of us are falling for this " good

oil, bad oil " garbage that is going around. ALL oil is bad for us. We were

NOT meant to eat oil by the spoonful! All oil is 100% fat and contains 120

calories and 14 grams of fat. We were meant to get our oil from the whole

fruits, veggies nuts & seeds and do so very well w/out the addition of OIL.

I was having a really hard time with hot flashes and on hormone replacements

but realized that they were very harmful to me. I was even using " natural "

hormones. I asked well known raw foodist Roz Grubin about it and she asked

me if I were still using oil on my salad. When I told yes she said if I

stopped using oil that a lot of my problem would clear up. She was right!

You can replace your flax oil, if you feel you need it, with fresh ground

flax seed, much healthier. Breezi

I DID have my gall bladder removed. But, before going raw i ate a pretty

high-fat diet and didn't have this problem. Is it the combo of healthy

eating and then straight oil maybe? I will cut out the flax seed oil and get

some flax seeds instead. I need to get a coffee grinder too because i tried

using a mortar and pestle (if that's the word even) to grind it once and it

didn't work. Thanks for the tip. I'll eat just the greens and see how it

goes. I also noticed that BAD feeling in the back of my throat and a pain in

my side (like very mild gall bladder complications -- but without the gall

bladder). I'll let you know how it goes :o)

peace
