Guest guest
I just watched the three part " 12 steps to raw " tapes, and was shocked at how fat Victoria was. Has anyone else noticed this ? Maybe she eats a too many nuts ? Rufus Mail - More reliable, more storage, less spam
Guest guest
Rufus, I saw Victoria in the late last summer or early fall. I had just transitioned to 100%. I was amazed at her being overweight. I thought maybe she ate too much of that type of food prep, but later I heard that she no longer ate that way as much. I figured it could be the nuts, but maybe partially because she was a lot bigger before, and maybe her nationality. But she was energetic and said she was very healthy, etc. It still kind of shocked me. But I've also seen some bottom-heavy (not that heavy, though) women who are raw. Of course, I don't know if they are 100% raw or not, or how long they have been raw. Guest guest
Can also be a thyroid problem. I have one and probably put on almost two stone in about 8 weeks....its a devil to try to get off again particularly when one is feeling so awfully crap most of the time. rawfood , " Viveca Park " <vivecapark@a...> wrote: > Rufus, > > I saw Victoria in the late last summer or early fall.
