Guest guest Posted March 14, 2004 Report Share Posted March 14, 2004 Michael the wheat grass man at Hippocrates shared this recently with us . Go to Walmart and buy (2) 88 cents plastic pitchers. Drill holes with a dremel motor tool in one of them on the bottom for drainage . Keep the holes a size even the small seeds cannot get through , but that water will drain properly. Sprout in 1 pitcher and drain in the other by catching the drips in the other pitcher .Thats all there is to it and for under 2 dollars ..Sometimes , the best things in life are almost free !
