Came across this in my researching and just wondered what everyone's opinions

are.Especially about the nightshades and unripen fruit. Granted I take a lot

of things with a grain of salt since there seems to be so much controversy

with anything. Just thought that I would pass this on and hope it is okay I did

so. Not agreeing with this at all just curious as to your viewpoints. Hmmm so

if I go raw and eat tomatoes for one, I get to keep my arthritis? lol

hugs,

Tone

Well first I'd like to say thanks for the article.

I pretty much followed that. As for the unripened fruit I believe

it. My mom never let us eat unripened fruit because she says it

would upset our stomach and/or make us very sick. So that makes

sense.

As for the nightshade family causing arthritis..that could be true,

but I'm not overly worried about it, it's now like I eat it every

day..and you'll only catch me eating tomatoes once a week..not a

fan, it's rather hard getting the ripe kind. Now as for bell

peppers, I will decrese my intake..but not by much....I have a thing

for eating them as a snack..very filling and tasty!

I would agree with you...these things should be taken with a grain

of salt since they keep on switching their stance every 2 years if

not less.
