b. a yearly " i'm greedy and don't care " tax will be assessed to anyone who owns

an SUV or is the CEO of an HMO..this tax will go into a fund to improve the

environment

*queen clears throat and presses down her black non-leather riding pants*

I proclaim . . .

In honor of the forming of this great communal enclave, we hereby proclaim that not only will SUV drivers and CEO's of HMOs be subejct to the yearly "I'm greedy and don't care" tax but so shall all parties who harm our earth and the animals roaming such earth be required to wear billboard banners across their chests for all to see every third Friday of each month proclaiming "I am a slug who doesn't care".
