Okay, this is not exactly vegan-specific, but I think most of us here would want to know this -- and Lesley, just for you, I will refrain from using the word "horrific" But this is pretty bad:

If you click on the above link, it goes into further detail regarding the extensive environmental damage to developing countries *our* waste is causing and how very little is being done about it... It's very, very sad.
