There are a couple of things it's easy for a vegan to miss - it's fairly easy to get Calcium and Iron, but it's possible to miss them if you don't eat your greens, Iodine shouldn't be a problem with Iodised salt in the US, but you can't reliably get B12 without fortified foods or tablets. > I'm eating alot of nuts and taking Good for protein, but that's not the issue. > a super mulitivitamin/mineral but my body is not feeling well. Of course, it could be something completely unrelated to diet .. like a long-term infection. Or your symptoms could be B12 or Iron.
