too much soy...please help

okay...i'm a vegan who can't eat sugar, wheat, or flour. so most of what i eat for protein is soy or other beans....which is fine with me except for the fact that it gives me really nasty gas.....i'm eating soy about 3 times/day.

i read on here that beano contains gelatin.

damn.

has anyone else experienced this?? what do you do??
