I went to a FANTASTIC restaurant the other day...Rickshaws. It does a really good Mongolian barbeque thingy and it's absolutely perfect for vegans - you just fill up your bowl with loads of veggies and rice noodle and whatever sauces (they let you know which ones aren't vegan as most of them are) and spices you fqncy and then they cook it for you.
