Guest guest Posted March 2, 2002 Report Share Posted March 2, 2002 People have different metabolisms, each person has to find the reason why they put on weight which they don't want,what vegans might tend to do is eat more subconsciously thinking they may lack certain nutrients by not eating animals,it probably is a good thing that vegans can put on weight a healthy sigh maybe!
