Guest guest
Hello, I am writing an article for a major national women's magazine about women who use veggie/vegan/raw food eating lifestyles at least in part as a way to lose weight (even if they are primarily doing it for health, ethical or political reasons). I am looking for women to chat with on this topic -- have you lost weight since you changed your eating habits? Do you think you would have lost weight eating any other way? Do you consider it a positive byproduct of eating differently? Please e-mail me at sedry2. I look forward to hearing from you!
Guest guest
It didn't help me to lose weight - there is just too much good food to eat, once you give up animals. Jo article I am writing about veggie/vegan/raw food diets and weight loss --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
Yes, perhaps a study showing that vegans gain weight may have a beneficial impact on our cause ;-) > > Jo [Heartwork] > Friday, March 01, 2002 3:02 PM > > Re: article I am writing about > veggie/vegan/raw > food diets and weight loss > > > It didn't help me to lose weight - there is just too much > good food to eat, > once you give up animals. > > Jo
