Guest guest
I will be going to the UK in a month... to announce my engagement... while there I will be cooking a tradional Sunday lunch for his family... among the family members is my fiance's brother, a vegan. He usually just eats whatever vegetables are served, but I dont feel it is right that my guest should eat a half a meal just because he doesnt want the main course. I am looking for an easy vegan recipie that I can make... not tooo difficult, as I will be making a whole other meal for 9 people. But it should be nice to look at as well as flavorful... any suggestions?
