Help Please....

I will be going to the UK in a month... to announce my engagement...

while there I will be cooking a tradional Sunday lunch for his

family...

 

among the family members is my fiance's brother, a vegan. He usually

just eats whatever vegetables are served, but I dont feel it is right

that my guest should eat a half a meal just because he doesnt want

the main course.

 

I am looking for an easy vegan recipie that I can make... not tooo

difficult, as I will be making a whole other meal for 9 people. But

it should be nice to look at as well as flavorful... any suggestions?

Why not ask your brother in law (to be) what he would like you to cook. He

might help ???!!!

Unfortunatley I wont speak to him before that evening... and my

fiancee doesnt how to re heat leftovers... so I cant have him

communicating for me...
