Check out a book called 'What Colour Is Your Parachute' byRichard

Nelson Bolles (10 Speed Press), subtitled 'The Best job Hunting Book

In The World!'- inlcudes lots of exercises and stuff finding out what

it is exactly you want to do, and how to get there, some good 'skills

audit' exercises, etc...

 

Try borrowing it from the library to see if it helps you...
