Guest guest
Fraggle I know that when you take echinacea you should take it for no longer than two weeks, and then have a break. I only use it when I get a cold. I find one of the best ways to stop catching colds is to have a tissue with eucalyptus oil on it. It is supposed to be anti-viral, and it seems to work.
