sad really, echinancea never has effected me it seems

i drank tea, and such one winter a few years back, and i still caught colds, and

they weren't of any shorter duration either

been pretty lucky dis year so far, haven't gotten sick yet..

and every one around me is sick...most of the folks at work are deathly ill

oh crap, i just jinxed myself!!!

*knocks on wood*

haven't done anything different...maybe the healthy vegan diet is finally paying

off after all these years!!!

or, more likely, my body is saving it up for one big hideous sickness

bleah!!!!!

I know that when you take echinacea you should take it for no longer than

two weeks, and then have a break. I only use it when I get a cold. I find

one of the best ways to stop catching colds is to have a tissue with

eucalyptus oil on it. It is supposed to be anti-viral, and it seems to

work.
