Guest guest
HEllo, This is a new recipe I came up with. It's supposed to be a stew but it usually turns out more like a soup. But try it anyway =) SCHOLAR STEW Ingrediants: 2 small cans or 1 large can of chick peas 2 cups of chopped kale 4 cups of water 4 cups of tomato stock 1 1/2 cup of diced carrots half of onion--finely chopped 2 stalks of chopped celery 1 cup of peas 2 large chopped green peppers 1 diced tomato (optional) 1 tablespoon of pepper 1 tablespoon of salt 2 cups of crushed mushrooms 2 cups of diced potatos 2 cups of chopped brocilli 1 small can of diced chili peppers Directions: Mix all of these into a big pot. There should be a bit more stock than vegetables. Boil them for 15 minutes and let them simmer for 30- 60 minutes on 1-3 low on open stove. Be sure to cover up the pot to contain nutritional value. Myth: One bite of this soup and you will be vastly educated and you will see things in a whole different perspective.
