"Milk is a 'good' source of calcium."

One frequently hears this as an attempt to justify the human consumption of bovine beverage, but is it true?

Note that hundreds of plant materials contain more calcium than cow milk.Note also that cow milk has ~4 times the calcium of Human milk, so should NOT be used as a standard for human consumption.
