The first couple of days are the hardest and you shouldn't really be going to kickboxing classes or whatnot. 2-3 days: first thing when you get up drink four ounces of lemon juice mixed with four ounces warm water, drink as much distilled water throughout the day as you can (lukewarm, not cold), also drink pure fruit juices (no sugars added, please) half watered down whenever you want day 3-4: add green leafy vegetables (spinach, brussel sprouts, etc.) day 5: add brown rice day 6: add other vegetables and fruits then, you're basically done -- don't forget multivitamins when adding in the rest of your diet, leave commonly alergenic foods till last -- like soy products, glutens, wheats,.... use in good health! The book I read on detox says that fruit and vegetables mobilise the toxins, and rice (or barley) soaks them up and transports the toxins out of the body.
