*nod* (Some people with children and spouses aren't straight, but I

do see your point.) I explained my objections to your post in my

response to Ian. I hope you understand that I don't think you're

being hostile; just that what you said had some assumptions in it

that I felt needed challenging.

It *is* sweet. If I *never* hear another person whine " but how do

you get your *proooooteeeeeein*??? " it'll be too soon. :-)

 

By the way, how do y'all answer when people ask questions like

that? Lately, I've been wanting to say " You tell me where you get

your B vitamins, soluble fiber, and beta-carotene, and I'll tell you

where I get my protein. " " You tell me how much calcium was in that

big mac you just ate, and I'll tell you how I get my calcium. "

A good response Serene

We are always expected to be experts in the field of nutrition and if we

don't know the answer they assume we will be malnourished

Yet they probably know less than us and what they think they know could well

be iccorrect
