Guest guest
I own a yam. Can anyone here give me a recommendation as to the best way of turning it into something I would like to eat? (not too lazy to look on the internet - due to convoluted computer setup (remote part of a network owned by my employers) I can download email from here but not surf). Thanks in advance. Guest guest
Edith LOL. Cathy - If they are the same as sweet potatoes they go well in a curry or korma. You can also boil them like potatoes, and mash them, or cube them. They taste nice.
