I've been here for around 6 years nowhaving previously lived in London. I live in Edinburgh which is a farbetter place to a Vegan the most cities south of the border. I used tolove cooking until I become a serious artist and now if its notmircowavable then it don't get eaten. Either way I've never found aproblem with being Vegan once I had sorted out what was ok to eat inthe local shops and then its a weekly shop to one of the very goodhealth food shop here. Unlike London most local shops here stock arange of at least three brands of savouries 50% of which are Vegan aswell as quick meals that are mostly Vegan but don't teste that good. Ican give you more detail but I'm not sure whether they are sold in othercities in Scotland but be assured that you have landed on the right sideof the border.
