Thanks Jane , Check out Lush shops if you have one -- Fairly new but

soaps/shampoos etc are veggie or vegan and not tested .

 

Own brands at tesco and sainsbury are ok too I believe ,but you'll have to

read the packaging to be sure and to check if they ars vegan

There are little booklets you can buy? from RSPCA?BUAV ?which list OK

products .

Vegan soc /Viva probably sell a small book that lists vegan food/drink, and

includes cosmetics etc and household cleaners.

[Forgotten its name ] It's very useful [ about £5]

Thanks Angie. I've got the book from the Vegan Society *Vegan Shopper*.

Really useful! Don't have any Lush shops here in Torquay or Exeter, but

hopefully they'll come this way. Maybe they'll open one up in Totnes! The

Tesco shampoo I bought had a rabbit logo on it and said that neither the

shampoo nor the ingredients had been tested on animals. I always read the

labels, and it seemed okay. I really appreciate your advice. Thanks again!
