Baked Tortilla Chips

4 large corn tortillas

Olive oil-flavored cooking spray

 

Serves 4.

 

Serve your salsa with these low-fat chips.

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat one side of each tortilla with

olive oil-flavored nonstick cooking spray. Using scissors, cut each

tortilla into 8 wedges. Place sprayed side up on baking sheet. Bake until

crisp, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
